Netanyahu is Prime Minister of Israel When Rapture Occurs

Updated: Jan 14, 2023

Benjamin Netanyahu first shot into prominence in Israeli politics when he led the Likud Party to victory in the 1996 election. He had the distinction of being the youngest Prime Minister Israel ever had. On top of that he is a Sabra - a native born Israeli - unlike previous Prime Ministers who were all born outside of Israel. Furthermore, he is from the priestly tribe of Levi, a feature highly regarded among the Orthodox and Conservative Jews.

In subsequent election in 1999, the Likud Party was defeated and Netanyahu decided to leave politics and went back to work in the private sector.

On April 2, 2004 Prophet Owuor was taken to the throne of God. Seated on the throne covered with a thick glory cloud was God the Father and the Lamb of God. Suddenly, from the throne appeared John the Baptist who walked briskly towards the Prophet. John stopped in front of him and with his hand pointed to the earth below, said to Prophet Owuor, “Go and prepare these people for the coming of the Messiah.” Then, John proceeded to walk directly into the Prophet and disappeared.

What happened next was the Father spoke from His throne. He said, “Let Me show you what is about to happen on the earth.” Immediately, Prophet Owuor was transported to Israel. Standing high above the city of Jerusalem, the Prophet looked down and saw the Palestinians mourned the death of their leader Yasser Arafat, Chairman of the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO). Arafat died on November 11, 2004, seven months after the Prophet’s vision.

In that year 2004, Ariel Sharon of the Likud Party was the Prime Minister of Israel. [Note: He orchestrated Israel's unilateral disengagement from the Gaza Strip the following year. That decision did not go down well with his party members which eventually led him to leave and formed another party, Kadima.] While Prophet Owuor was still up in the sky above Jerusalem, the Father God told him there will be a change of leadership coming to Israel. He was clearly informed that Benjamin Netanyahu will be Prime Minister again. True to the prophetic word, Netanyahu re-entered politics, re-elected to be the Chairman of the Likud Party and was eventually installed as Prime Minister of Israel in 2009, five years after the Prophet’s vision.

After the scene in Israel, Prophet Owuor was taken back to the throne of God. Over there he saw the Lamb of God, the Messiah, stepped down from His throne. The Messiah was ready to go down to the earth (to rapture His saints).

The vision that Prophet Owuor had was in two settings, that is, he was at the throne of God and in the land of Israel. His perception is that the two settings are related to each other to form one vision. Although the Father did not explicitly told him so, Prophet Owuor believes the vision conveys the message that when the Messiah returns to rapture His saints, Benjamin Netanyahu will be the sitting Prime Minister of Israel.

The installation of Netanyahu’s government in 2009 sent shock waves across the world because it was the most right-wing government in Israel. At home he enjoys popular and sustained support as his conservative Likud Party repeatedly won in subsequent elections in 2013 and 2015. However, on his fifth attempt at re-election in April 2019 (1st election stalemate), the Likud Party tied with the Blue and White Party headed by Benny Gantz with both winning 35 seats each. Neither one could marshal a strong coalition with other smaller parties to form a new government. As a result, a snap election was called on September 2019 (2nd election stalemate). Again, a political stalemate paralyzed the government with Benny Gantz’s Blue and White Party garnered 33 seats and Netanyahu’s Likud obtaining only 32 seats. A third snap election was held on March 2, 2020 (3rd election stalemate). Netanyahu’s Likud Party won 36 seats while Benny Gantz’s Blue and White Party 33 seats. Yet again neither party could form a coalition government.

It is amazing: In spite of the fact that Netanyahu is being indicted by the courts on three counts of breach of trust, bribery and fraud, he manages to stay on as Prime Minister. He is currently on trial to answer those charges; and the first sitting Prime Minister to be doing so. Against all odds, he managed to strike out a deal with Benny Grantz to form a national unity government that took effect on May 17, 2020, whereby he serves as Prime Minister for 18 months, and Grantz will take over on November 17, 2021 to complete the second half of the term. The need to effectively tackle the threat from Covid19 pandemic seems to play a part in the formation of this power-sharing government.

Another issue at hand is the plan by Netanyahu to annex parts of the occupied West Bank. There is urgency to get the legislation ready in the Knesset within two months in time to obtain President Trump’s approval before the US presidential election in November. Trump is expected to give his approval in line with his “Deal of the Century” Peace Plan unveiled on January 28, 2020 in Washington.
