A complex Beast that represents multiple world empires from which Satan will bring forth his point man, the Antichrist.
1) The global dictator, the Antichrist is about to appear on the world stage. He will arise from the European Union.
2) The European Union consisting of 27 nations is the western part of the Revived Roman Empire. The eastern part is the Mediterranean Partner Nations consisting of 16 countries: Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Monaco, Turkey, Syria, Lebanon, Israel, Jordan, Palestinian Authority, Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Algeria, Morocco and Algeria.
In 2008, these two groupings came together to form the Union for the Mediterranean (UfM) with its Secretariat based in Barcelona, Spain. The UfM is another name for the Revived Roman Empire.

3) The Revived Roman Empire is the 7th head of the 7 heads & 10 horns Beast of Revelation 12:3; 13:1; 17:3. The 7 heads represent 7 empires that impacted the Jewish people in her history. The 7 empires in chronological order of their reign are: Egyptian, Assyrian, Babylonian, Medes-Persian, Greek, Roman and the Revived Roman Empires.
4) Soon another head, the 8th head will appear (Revelation 17:11). This is the 8th empire that will arise from the Revived Roman Empire, and it will be headed by the Antichrist. This Antichrist Empire will encompass the whole world. How?
On the 7 heads & 10 horns Beast, the 10 horns represent 10 groupings of nations that will pledge their power and strength to the Antichrist (Revelation 17:12-13). Each grouping is headed by a chairman, president or a leader figuratively called a king.
The ten groupings of nations are:
i) America, Canada & Mexico
ii) South America
iii) Western Europe
iv) Eastern Europe
v) North Africa & the Middle East
vi) Central & Southern Africa
vii) South Asia
viii) Central Asia
ix) Japan
x) Australia, New Zealand & the Oceania
These 10 kings will support the Antichrist willingly and eagerly because the Antichrist is the Little Horn that arises from among them (Daniel 7:8).
5) Satan is using his people, the Globalists, to bring forth the Antichrist and the Antichrist Empire. Initially their focus was on Europe: break down national boundaries, create an economic union and a common currency, and rule by a central authority in Brussels (European Parliament, European Commission, European Council and the Council of the European Union).
However, Satan desires the United States, and wishes to bring forth the Antichrist from there. What the Globalists had achieved in Europe, they tried to do the same in North America: breaking down the US-Canada and US-Mexico borders, implementing NAFTA (North America Free Trade Agreement - but Trump was hated for renegotiating and changing it to USMCA), and intending to introduce a common currency. However, their plans are encountering serious obstacles especially from the Evangelicals.
Time is running out. The Globalists, who are Euro-Atlanticist, are considering reverting back to their original plan to bring forth the Antichrist from Europe. But the US and Russia are standing in their way. The way forward is the removal of these two superpower nations. Therefore, the US and Russia must mutually destroy each other through nuclear war, and then the Antichrist can arise from Europe.
